Group Supervision:  strengthening team culture

Group supervision is unique in recognizing that frontline workers and counsellors do not function in isolation nor should their growth and practice be supported in isolation. Community work is reflected in group supervision through a team-based approach to collaborative learning and reflection.

Group Supervision provides an opportunity for your team to move beyond the debrief with the ultimate goal of transforming team culture to one of critique, accountably and collective values. Some themes we will explore: becoming comfortable with offering critiques, keeping the team accountable to their practice values, avoiding burn out, keeping the client front and centre in our work and challenging “stuck” ways of doing and thinking.
